The Sourdough Eatery

Finally had a week day off to go out and try The Sourdough Eatery in San Jose, C.A.

I clearly looked like a newbie walking in and was rewarded with a free sample of the warmest freshest bread with a light crunch and chewy soft in the middle.

With the simplest ingredients, turkey (spiced), Swiss cheese, lettuce and mayo. It was just like a sandwich from home.
